Side trip visit while in Washington

While in Washington over Memorial Day weekend, Jennifer Aunt Pam and Uncle Ken live about 1/2 hour away from Roger's Aunt and Uncle. So we went over to Ken & Pam's house for breakfast before we left. Jennifer's cousin Katy was working but her husband, Ryan brought their daughters Ava (pictured above with Taylor) and Ila (whom we hadn't met yet) over as well. It was a lot of fun and really good to see them again.........

Memorial Day Weekend - 2008

For Memoria Day weekend we traveled up to Washington and visited Roger's Aunt Lonetta & Uncle Bob as well as see his cousin Evette, her husband Joey and their daughter Joselyn. We spent some time at Wildlife Images and got to see all sorts of animals up close and personal as well as ones behind fences........About the only animal we didn't get to see was the Moose. We also went to the new Cabela's store that opened in Washington and had some fun looking around and also in the "shooting range"........Lots and lots of fun that weekend!

For Taylor's 10th birthday last year we let him have some friends over in the afternoon for some fun and games. And then in the evening we had the grandparents and other friends and family for a barbecue and cake and presents! It was a fun filled day with lots of excitement and in the end realizing Taylor had passed into the "Double Digits"..............
